Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Are we actively seeking one capable CEO?

I look at Abercrombie & Fitch’s results over the past couple years. In 2017 AF and it’s CEO Jeffries was the most hated retailer by Wall Street, customers and its employees. AF brought in a new CEO, Horowitz, and within a year started to turn that company around. Today it is back to being a thriving retailer under her leadership. Sears has three CEO’s, the same three that guided us into BR, and haven’t been able to turn this company around after 15+ years. Eddie, you need to make some leadership changes. The same people you trusted with your money prior to BR spent it foolishly and are on the same path again. Unfortunately we know how this story ends if we continue. We need change!!

Why have one capable CEO when he already has 3 incompetent yes men willing to transform the company into real estate? The evil part of his plan is he can even say these 3 completely unqualified nincompoops we're doing their best.

A capable CEO would challenge Eddie and ask him to spend money on things that would make Sears more profitable. Eddie is allergic to that, so it's never going to happen.

There will be no change at all. This is what Fast Eddie wants, and what he wants is to sink the company as low as he can so he can turn the proprieties into more money for his real estate company.

No

What makes you think Fast Eddie isn't CEO even if not in name? Still running this ship straight into the iceberg.
