I'm so sick and tired of this. Do they really think they can treat us this way and STILL expect to get our money? Or more importantly, the money of all the family members and friends we convince to buy Ford out of some kind of misguided sense of loyalty?
I say it's enough. This will not stop until the bottom line is affected.

What percent of our vehicles is purchased by Friends & Family. I'd say less than 1%. This would hardly make a dent in the profits. I do not disagree with you, I am merely pointing the fact that they may not react if this was to take place.
