Looks like only one policy is posted. The rest are blank. Does anyone know the difference?

CTP is Career Transition Plan. EESP is Early Evaluation Separation Plan. Both are for individuals who are not meeting objectives or have low performance . Neither is used for mass terminations.
SIRP is Salary Involuntary Separation Program. SIRP is what is happening now.
