This company has gone to such $hit!, I don’t understand how anyone isn’t looking for a new career! The customers are ticked off and the employees are getting treated like $hit. The stores are packed daily with people returning equipment. That is not a good sign. The contractors have taken over. From a business stand point it makes sense. Cheaper pay, no benefits, and don't have to pay rent on a facility. Right now certain contractors are doing the same daily time sheet we do..That is called time study people. Your jobs are in jeopardy. Career progression is done. They don't care. You younger folks start looking for new careers. You old timers take the package if its offered to you and run.

No more coming in for overtime or double time. All areas flooded with contractors..from running the fiber to doing osp work. Great job Altice! You’ve got your wish. Cheap labor and it shows by your product lol..company is falling apart..Forbes “best company to work for”, lol..
Here in ct there are only 11 osp techs the system is falling apart there are more system problems then ever as a field service technician I have to lie to customer when there issue is going to be fixed noise floors are bad level out of spec

Exactly! All they are worried about is getting this fiber up and running! With there “2” year launch time frame lol..an incredible amount of 6 installs have been completed already!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEES!
What ever happen to the meetings we had at the depots on a weekly basis or even quarterly with management and or executives from Bethpage. Its obvious this company does not care about its employees. They dont even try to keep us informed on any future or existing plans.

Yep, its the same in my neighborhood, customers are returning equipment like crazy, family members are even telling me that Altice s---s. I honestly think if we were to give the service for free, customers would still return their equipment. Its time for the board to choose another CEO, management reorganization, or even sell the company. The boat is already sunk with not enough people around to remove the water.
PS. I am not a sad or angry person, because it's not my money on the line, its the investors losing their cash, I still have mine.

The ones who writing good comment about Alcheap USA are either higher management or executives, or staff who are forced to write fake comments in order to retain their jobs as the company is suspecting that others are potentially attempting to whisterblow. When shareholders realize what's actually going on internally, the stock severely plummet close to $5 or less per share. Inevitably the company will mostly likely be bought by Comcast or Charter in the future as Alcheap continues to lose subscribers. The fact that they had sold LightPath, which was Cablevision's telecom product for enterprise, already demostration the beginning of their major downfall.
You've been with the company 16 years? Watch how fast you change your tune when they decide to get rid of you and your salary, and replace you with a new guy who will work for less. It's happening all over the company.

This company has supported my family for 16 years. Why shouldn't I be more loyal to Altice than the CWA who only feeds off negative traitorous thankless scvmbags. Turn traitor on a company in less than 2 years - probably divorced your wife the first time she had a "headache".

Norwalk Depot...what a difference a few years makes. The place is dirty, one of the elevators doesn't work, the bathrooms stink and are dirty. Go outside and there's garbage everywhere. It is just sad as hell that things have come to this. The new owner doesn't even want to give the perception that they are a competitive telecommunication company. Meanwhile right down i-95 Charter is building a brand new shiny headquarters in Stamford. The moral around this company is I here for a check every 2 weeks and nothing more. I hate to say it but....I completely understand.

I think that the only reason Altice has not declared bankruptcy is that they are cooking the books to keep investors, but with negative shareholder equity per quarter everyone is losing. That's why the RVP's, increase rates, and selling of lightpath to get cash. These guys do not have any money to spare, the department fights are getting worse, management trying to get employees to use their own money, and contractors just walking off the job, is just sad.

Its funny when people come on here talking c-ap to others when they post things like this. Don't get offended, its reality. If you don't like what you read about the c-ap going on in the company then don't come on the website to be nosey. You do realize we do not have meetings anymore with management and corporate guys. So people come on here to discuss issues amongst eachother. The only time you see management or anyone from bethpage come down its when the Union talk begins. Other than that, these depots have become ghost towns.

All they are doing is taking out the cash from these monthly payments by subscribers raising the cable bills w bs line enhancement fees and lying to investors so they get s---ered into buying stock and getting rid of in house workers by using fake metrics and jerking contractors by asking for discounts on a job they got low balled to do, people fight the good fight mgmt too when we go you go to wake up.
