I heard the company is going to college campuses and recruiting recent college grads to put into the People Lead roles. YOU have got to be kidding me. They would rather hire college grads and NOT promote those PC/TC's who have so much knowledge and HR experience? Just another way to get rid of long term associates
I have a copy of the job description from Oct.10 2018. There was an update April 23 2019. I compared the two and the only thing I saw different was that they added that you have to pass All training and All assessments given. I understand there will be the standard supervisor assessment as well as the store manager and MHRM will be giving one as well.

These positions are already known who will be getting them. No PC or tc had a chance, exiting volunteering ASM APM wiill most likely get the job, downsizing ASM easy way. Don't have to work over 40 hours 25.00 a hour that's amazing
I have a feeling if they make a job offer to every single person that applies, they will have several vacant positions! The interested existing personnel/training coordinators are few and far between.
I would believe there would be a background check and maybe a d--g test?
Is there going to be an additional background check?
The description does have an updated published date of 4/23/2019
Job description has been on wire for over a month now. No changes have been made.
I didn't hear anything about a change to the People Lead job description. Can we just interview for it and find out if we get a position? So sick of waiting!!
The only thing we were told is there would be a survey this week. Supposedly to determine how many existing PC/TCs were going to opt in or opt out.
