Yup - so most of the consultants are gone now. That s—ing sound you hear is the hole in the side of the ship. Glug glug glug - d*mn that water is cold... FUD FUD FUD - No plan / No details!!!
People were not fired - their jobs were eliminated and the majority of them did not s--k at their jobs. In fact, in some cases those climbing the corporate ladder were intimidated by their abilities and afraid that they'd be bypassed by them. They kept people they could control and keep down. Look around, there are plenty of people left who do s--k at their jobs. Before you get on your high horse remember, Pride goeth before a fall. A little humility goes a long way. Companies want to squeeze every last penny out of their workforce and eventually everyone gets a turn at being squeezed.
I do love the cool-aid crowd - glug glug glug. You do know it's true - "Because DK said so" in many public forums and memos. Sorry if your just misinformed.
The contractors do all the work, the prop the FTEs up, and really the company needs to clean house some more. There’s an entitlement culture within the company very similar to the federal government.
Not only is this misinformation, it is a FLAT OUT LIE. Amazing what people will post when they were fired for s---ing at their job.
