People are so silent nowadays. By any chance V’s and A’s working to change company fate or still trying to save their jobs?

A’s and V’s are meant for politics, don’t expect any changes. Still same inconsistency, same pathetic planning, same project execution process, same night mares. One thing is changed from sure, I.e now no one is serious about production outages and production problems are P5 now.
