I feel very sad for employees of MetricStream. Many employees wanted to leave but they cannot get the job outside of MetricStream(unless they have strong reference or changing technology). Because MetricStream using such a technology there is no other company using. And MetricStream lacks in process and methodology compared to what other companies doing. The problem is if someone try to change the system in the company first thing happens is A’s and V’s don’t like any changes, either they enforce the person to leave or they terminate the person who wanna bring change. Management politics spoiled employees career here, but unfortunately every employee putting their effort to bring company back from crisis. But what employees don’t know is anytime management can send them out. A’s and V’s will leave only after sending all employees or after selling company. All employees if possible start thinking about you and your family, learn something which helps your career and think for whom you are working. Currently management is completely executing use and throw policy.
People say don’t love your company because you don’t know when company stops loving you. We should change this to, live the company till you work there but realize and leave the company before company stops loving you. Getting new job is when you are in job is easier than getting job after loosing job. Think 🤔
