What type of severance is being given? I have less than 10 years.

From what I’ve seen if you’ve been in the company for 5 years or 5 months you get the same severance.

@ndg Who the hell cares what GM is paying? These are Ford people and the severance pay is listed plain as day on our Benefits site. 20+ years is 9 months pay and goes down based on years.

GM was paying two weeks for every year I believe.

I believe the standard severance for 10 or less years is 3 months..
