Does anybody ever feel that when Qualcomm needs to hire managers, the posting says "no experience necessary?" Because it certainly feels that way once we get them.

It thought the desired experience was:
Powerpoint expert needed.
Ability to call useless meetings a must.
No prior technical knowledge needed.
Zero people skills are a plus.
Must play favorites with people from your own country.
Managers are never hired from open site postings to begin with at Q. Directors and sr directors hire their buddies as managers.
