Plain and simple ADP is not a company you can have a long term career with anymore. Once you start making decent wages they let you go.
I find it absurd that thousands of people lost their jobs with the company mainly because of cutting wages and yet to this very day you have a mo--n CEO who earns over Five million dollars a year in compensation.

Listen, I retired before all this mess. I remember when the Miami group took over all the technical services. It was a disaster and the id--ts in charge eventually lost their jobs. Well, the id--t Carlos was their boss in Miami before they took over in Corporate. For some reason, the powers to be Made Carlos the CEO. Well, now he is destroying the ADP that we gave our hearts and efforts to for many years. Didn't we make ADP a Great company? Send Carlos back to Miami or even better send him packing (Lay him off).

Yes, it's sad do you think the top of ADP would take a little of a pay cut to allow long term dedicated employees to keep their jobs, H,,ll NO. Do you think they would offer those loyal employees a choice to take a pay cut to keep their jobs NO WAY, they don't Care About Employees like they use to. Let them go get all new, lower cut and NO KNOWLEDGE. ADP is No Longer a service company, they don't care what kind of service they provide. Sad!!
The $5M in compensation does not include his stock options. Feel free to do a search on how much ADP stock Carlos has sold in the last two years. It's public information.
