Short question. Does settling the Apple dispute mean that Qualcomm's way of conducting business won’t be questioned anymore and that we will be seeing far less litigation in the future, or does it mean nothing more than it is, two companies settling their differences?

Stock will take a tumble when it's reveal in earning that all the licensees are demanding they want Apple's deal too.
"No sorry xyz, you cant have Apple's deal, they only get it because they spent 2 yrs and untold bazillions on lawyers to get it"
Everyone waiting for the results of the FTC lawsuit.
Unless you’re stupid, you already know the answer to that question. Wait until all those QTL licensees want the same royalty rate which Apple exposed.
