RIF of 155 today, myself included. Didn't see it coming.
The grass is greener on the other side. You can tell your new co-workers horror stories about West, and usually those stories will be worse than anything anyone else can come up with. The stolkholm syndrome is real.
If you haven't figured it out by now, the company as a whole is in complete shambles. Seriously get out while you can. You won't regret it.
It's almost like they are hiring people to sabatoge certain areas. I can't believe the amount of violations people are racking up...Very blatant

That’s not completely true, some accounting people got severance package with exits later this year. Some accounting people got retentions.

Very true. Cash apps and accounting in Alabama will be gone and outsourced to India Sept or Oct 2019. A certain stone cold person showed up on may 15 unanounced to give everyone pink slips. This person is supposedly still traveling... If this person shows up, you're gone. Start looking, you are not going to be retiring from west.
