Walgreens will be gone in two/three years. I just can't see it getting any better. This new strategy they are undertaking with the drastic cut in hours is only going to compound the problem.

It took Pessina only six months to lose $30 a share for shareholders. The stock has been hovering just above the 52-week low for six weeks. As tempted as I am to buy a round lot, I think it would be a bad investment seeing how this company is headed. When Bill Gates sells off ALL his shares of a blue chip stock, that's even more telling.

Unfortunately, the entire board of directors is a big 'good ol' boys' club and without the checks and balances in place, Pessina will be CEO for as long as he physically can (or until he sells us off to another billionaire.

3 million shares is big amount and not looking good at this point. Amazon is shaking up things. Sad how this company is going. Smh!

To be honest, when a man as wealthy as bill gates dumps ALL the walgreens stock, that his trust owns that would worry me. It says that the Bill Gates Trust feels that this stock no longer has any value.
