I'm relatively new, and I can't figure out what's going on right now. I know people were offered voluntary separations a while ago, but I haven't heard anything concrete since then.
Did they get enough positive answers? If they didn't, what does that mean for us? Should we expect layoffs any time now?

PIPs as a tool to reduce
Hub strategies which is code for your job is moving to one of these sites and if you dont accept in on your own dime and move it will be understood as a resignation

The numbers just arent any good. We spent years hiring in HGR and not talent and it has come home to roost. We cant develop SW, we cant keep our poorly designed systems up and we arent any where near being able to innovate new products people want. Not even going to list lack of talented leadership....we don't have any.
