Does anyone think it would be better to wait it out and keep working for Walgreens in case it gets better, or would it be smarter to look for another job and jump ship?

Walgreens is the next Sears. Get it before it taints your resume.
Stay and see the new developments, the company is uphill and have big plans.
Leave now! They keep cutting people every time there's a merger and they have too many lawsuits they shows a bad sign. I'm jumping ship. Plus what you have to lose for leaving? You control of your destiny. You got comfortable and your fears can hold you back. Step out and have faith that you can find better.
