LE is worth only a quarter of what it was when Sears acquired it, and now it will barely have a bricks and mortars presence anymore. Let's face it, the Land's End crowd doesn't exactly intersect with Amazon buyers, they intersect with Sears', and it's basically run by the same people. I can only see bankruptcy in our future.

Shares of Macy's are off 5.81% in premarket trading to $15.90. Compared to a year ago, Macy's is down around 50%.
Layoffs have been going on at Land's End the whole time with each Sears store closing. People just lump it in with Sears though. Eddie Lampert owns like 70% of Land's End anyways, so no one keeps track. Whether it's Sears, Sears Hometown, Land's End, Seritage, or Kmart, It's all ESL's Holding Companies. Judges really need to treat them as one company, because there's so many things going on in one building and a bunch of incestuous board membership between them all, starting with the ownership on top. With such incredible management churn, everyone knows it's Lampert running the whole show.
