Thoma Bravo appears to do this after every acquisition. These types of public to private acquisitions are spun as something that benefits the employees but that does not seem to be the case. Either you lose your job or you are left to deal with the high work volume, low morale and unhappy clients in the aftermath, never knowing if there will be further layoffs. Other than the locked in stock value it is a big loss for employees and clients alike.
It has started already. :-( No sure what they were thinking by letting everyone know for several weeks. Certainly counterproductive to getting anything done around here. We all feel like dead man walking.
