Are office employees likely to know when their last day is or will it be a surprise like the layoffs of 2016?

Do not set your APC core values high. They have not displayed any of them in mgmt or HR. You are better off heading out and taking care of yourself and your family, not taking care of them.
They will not have any severance pkgs as they did in the past. Why? Because it no longer matters to Al. He has wiped his hands clean and now REALLY doesnt have to give a sh-- moment thought about any of you....they let go of the people they CARE about. You all are left overs. Sad but true. They've known this for 3 years. Quit being gullible! You are not immune from layoffs. You s--- in their eyes. Move in, writing on the walls people!
