The problem with Juniper go FAR, FAR beyond just engineering. Yes, engineering has always been the core of Juniper's strengths, but clearly the issues are more than just engineering, technology and product. Look at the circus that has become GTM. RR brought in a new sales leader only to dismiss him after a couple months. GTM has always been a bit of secondary thought at Juniper (no offense meant to the GTM team), but it has gotten much worse the last couple years. I think one of the biggest problems was when PS formally left. Once he left, there was no one to ensure that RR and his executive staff stayed true to Juniper's principles. We have seen what RR has done to the company and it is sad to watch
