We have been notified that the lease at my store is not being renewed. Landlord has sold the building and land for redevelopment and is refusing to fix anything in the building. The lease ends on 11/30/2019. About when can expect the liquidation to begin.

Why not just name the store at this point?
Lately Eddie has been shutting down stores in 1 to 2 weeks. Example Hawaii.
Commenter is right. Eddie can do it whether he feels like, though going from the other places that shut down, you (if you are "lucky") will have about a month before the store is shut down.
Anytime Eddie feels like it with no warning. Get out now or as soon as you can. Take it from one who knows and has been through it.
