No matter how you slice it, the idea of over 100 employees per remaining store is completely nonsensical, isn't it? These numbers don't add up.

Less than a thousand in India and with associate s leaving every day.
From what I've heard there are less than forty four thousand left. Almost all directors and up got retention bonus to stay after the bankruptcy. Indian teams do not counted toward states side numbers. They are less than a thousand but highly paid for where they worked.
It is probably a BS number Eddie made up to make himself look like he was saving SO many people's jobs.
