It is normal for companies to try to reduce costs to increase profitability. That's just business.
It isn't normal for companies to have little to no regard for their EEs, or to dismantle their knowledge base and wipe out their SME's and top performers. Top companies just don't treat their people that way.
ADP has a history of putting the wrong people in leadership roles. Those people have prioritized short time stock prices over long term sustainability.
I voluntarily left ADP about 6 months ago, and could not be happier. Since then I've steered a couple companies away from ADP. I will continue to do so.
