They have major SAP issues. That is why the quarterly results have been delayed. Company will have major layoffs soon.

Tenneco has been going down hill for several years now in the Paragould area. The managemant they have in place have no idea how to run a business. The corporate office should never be involved in the running of a factory as far as manufacturing process,because this has been done the factory in Paragould Arkansas has suffered tremendously. Quantity has been sacrificed for quality and our customer base has suffered as a result. Poor employee moral is a huge factor in the quality of the manufacturing of a product,employees are treated as though they are more prisoners than employees. Case in point you can view the attendance record of many long term employees and see the trend or the employees with years of employment that have sought employment elsewhere. When your employee no longer cares but to receive a paycheck it's a bad situation for employer and employee alike. I would like to leave you with this one thought,'how many times are you gonna buy a product that you continuously have to return before you decide to pay a higher price for a better quality product?"
Lots of layoffs at the end of September. Stock will be around 5 very soon. Crazy merger with federal mogul is sabotaging the company.
