SAP is not a safe as earlier. Successfactor and Ariba technologies inside SAP are treated separately and layoffs are very common here. 4400 people across SAP has been forcefully layoff by giving the name voluntary retirement. People who has joined with less than 1 year or people with many years are also been layoff . The tragedy is the senior management cant predict future of the product or company due to which is layoff has occurred.
Hiring will again start in SAP. so do not join to these two products with in SAP as they are sinking ship and highest layoff has occurred here.
