The city of Sidney is buying the property for one million dollars. Then I assume they will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the building. I assume the city will then receive the entire lease income of a dollar a year for up to five years.

That company is buying the old corp building downtown. They are bringing 200 jobs to Sidney.
I thought a Canadian company was moving to or opening a big office in Sidney. Did they back out?

are there any of the pre-merger cabelas employees still working in the corp office, IT, business, .com, or it is an empty shell now?
