Restructuring or layoffs. Anyone else hear?

With all of the layoffs in Digital just wondering if Owen got laid off too?
Last we saw him on TV, he was trying to explain his job at GE programming the Digital Industrial Wold of devices would be better than working at Zazzies and making digital hats for cats.
Now I am thinking he might have chosen poorly along with the rest of us.

hope they are getting rid of all the EBs and higher. too many of retained there jobs by shifting to other parts of GE.

1egq following up. Just got notified my job is eliminated. F GE. At least I wasn't at work when I learned this.
Plenty of companies around here are hiring, though (Atlanta).

I just heard of this a little while ago, and also discovered that I can't connect to the Power application server that I normally have admin rights on.
I'm out on Permissive Time for another full week. I'll try to figure out what's going on when I get back aftet that.
By the way I work for Digital, but mainly supporting power.
Maybe the whole org is worth more as a write off to offset Aviation gains...
