The 1 in 10 fiasco bloated the company staff. HR took control and created ridiculous programs. Spending went out of control. Some of the creators are now leaving with golden parachutes and much fanfare. The man who oversaw it all has now been handed an ax. Oh the irony. No one from the outside will ever ask the right questions.

Can’t imagine them making cuts in base+bonus and retaining anyone worth anything. Therefore I do not believe that will happen. But it might for the big managers...

Look around you at the people who are in denial that are not taking the package! They are holding onto something that doesn’t exist!
I heard the company is also considering changing benefits like the 2 for 1 match, bonus structure, medical insurance increase in premiums and vacation time. Even if you are the one not cut you will wish you were! It don’t be the same company because of business reasons!
