DP has bee sold - and I think it was a bargain at that price

Ditton Park is a beautiful location, but has a ton of restrictions associated with a historic site. Way too posh for Broadcom and Hock Tan.
They are trying to flog it but they already had to reduce the asking price. Lots of people checked out the venue but there was no update on a sale. The other companies have the first date they can cancel their leases coming up, so it could be that they all move out.
