There is no unity in this thing called the legendary onion we are in. Look at unity combined job codes, we made concessions to keep work and jobs here, divided the onion and never gave t rates the support or backbone to better them. Now look more than half the t rates are gone and 200 job gone forever. The great onion strikes again. Soon our campus will be a pumpkin patch.

When I was hired as a lowly T rate the “ Goomba” President and the drunk Irish BA stressed the “Onion Brotherhood”.I saw how we were sold out. The Onion Hall just cares about the legacy their “goomba” daddies left them and the benefits they reap.
We aren't a union anymore. They are breaking us down. We voted in to get rid of jobs. Now they don't backfill they just move guys to positions. We need numbers that's the only way we survive. Our board members and union representation are bending over and giving into GE. We were not the problem, the executives that fleeced the investors were the problem. You can take your 301 69 strike shirt and wipe your a-- with it because that's what it's worth. No unity here anymore, just a bunch of heros doing other people's jobs.

I can see this happening sad to say it. Look at the unskilled and unknowingly managers they hired lately. These so called lower level managers of the trade have a lack of knowledge and skill about the products we produced. Quality has gone way down just like their pay and ours. We will see more layoffs in the next 3 months.
