Atos-syntel great company. They let you work from home. I'm in Arizona in the U.S. They work with American Express here. I've worked for them for 4 years and love it. First job out of college. I left the midwest for this job and paid all my moving expenses above 2500. Great company!!

in 2015 many senior employees about 4000 techies were fired by erstwhile Syntel, their performance data modified from good to bad after they left the company. Some 100 employee which H-1B approved and stamping done were fired too.
Delivery managers/directors made windfall (per person fired 25-50k INR bonus)
some like FedeX account DD made a k--ling by firing about 100 employees
post this not a single lateral joined Syntel for 3 years due to which the company had to sell it self.
you must be lucky o u must be fresher. otherwise the work done in Amex by syntel is low end, low margin work.
they dont pay that well in India, if you are relocating then never expect to be paid for that in India.
In fact if your pay rises u will be fired
