Why would you pay techs in WV a high salary? It's simple, if you put your employees in a place with lots of nice jobs you couldn't compete to keep them there. They'd be gone on a whim. Go troll your other management and quit trying to pit works against each other.
The company needs to get rid of the overpaid techs in WV! Why would you pay someone 39 dollars an hr in one of the poorest states in the nation!
That’s a pretty drastic cut. What changes have been made exactly?

I hope someone ask Dan McCarthy since him and Bain Capital are asking all employees to take a pay cut why he and his Zombies aren't. If he is so sure the company will make a turn around....needs to be asked at the 1 qtr report conference
