@1rci You should jump board ASAP if you just start your career. Don’t die with those fat rats in the sinking boat. You are young and still have many choices.

Yeah... morale is very bad in Qualcomm... it’s hard to get anything done, esp if your team that has lots of external dependencies...
Gosh... never expected that it would be so bad, when I started my career 5y ago.
