Layoffs again ? i see people leaving are they asked to leave or forced to leave

As a customer in automotive/motorsports -- noticed this week slow response or no response by a tech (to fix some system glitches).
Truth. Rajiv was forced out - endless reasons, we all know why. The others are leaving, in droves, on their own. The combined number of years of knowledge that has walked out the door in the last 3-4 months is staggering.
Only person asked to leave was Rajiv.
the ones I know of that are leaving are leaving on their own, not being forced out.
What department are you referring to?
