Does anyone know why the company leadership meeting was moved, then suddenly canceled last week, with only a day's notice?

The link doesn't work anymore. Cengage PR must have had it removed just like they remove negative Glassdoor reviews.

They deleted my negative review of the company this morning. It was up for a day and then got taken down. That tells you that the Glassdoor ranking is completely bought and paid for.

Cengage is a cult, the kool aid drinkers have no clue what's coming in just a couple of months. Hansen's milking every last minute just like most of the DM's and other f------s. This organization has no spine, no depth, nothing more than a clearing house for incompetents and sociopaths at this point. Thy're borrowing Obama's line and simply mismanaging the decline.

There is so much BS in that interview. Hansen and Cengage never cared about textbook prices until they started losing market share and revenue hand over fist to OER, used and students flat out refusing to buy a $400 textbook. Now Hansen has suddenly seen the light. What a crock. I used to warn senior leadership about the threat of OER and was literally laughed out of one meeting. "OER has been around for years! Why should we worry now!?" Cengage will be back in chapter 11 within 2 years.
