Now that everyone has had a chance to digest the changes, how are you feeling?

Hey IP guy, are you getting paid in that Monopoly money aka Canadian currency? The greenback owns you. Not to mention
No.1 – Kuwait Dinar (1 KWD = 3.29 USD)
No.2 – Bahraini Dinar (2.65 USD)
No.3 – Oman Rial (2.60 USD)
No.4 – Jordan Dinar (1.41 USD)
No.5 – British Pound Sterling (1.26 USD)
No.6 – Cayman Islands Dollar (1.20 USD)
No.7 – European Euro (1.14 USD)
No.8 – Swiss Franc (1.04 USD)
Like a number. No sense of real honest appreciation or respect for an employee.
Morale is worst ever seen.
No one in management seems to care though.
This is the worst it’s ever been and I don’t see it getting bettter. Our director is a tool. Work Management has never been worse off at Enbridge Gas.
Infrastructure planning you are very pretentious. All business units are important and we all work together for the success of the company.
We just hired 4 new engineers to our group Infrastructure Planning including one for my team so clearly the company sees value in our contributions and is on board with investing in us. I'm glad the ELT is intelligent enough to see true value in what we bring to Enbridge's bottom line. I hate to see layoffs in other less important groups but we are proof that if there is value, the company will put money into it. Just like any smart investment, you put your resources where the best return will be.
Not happy that we had to go through all that stress, will most likely take me/family months if not a year to recover from all this stress. But my new role and direction I can be very excited about and look forward to a good future as long as there are no more major lay offs.
In a state of confusion. No thought or plan for the transition in terms of equipping people in new roles to start their new job. For example access to software platforms, setting up orientation, communicating objectives and accountabilities, etc.
Management just shuffled names to new seats and walked away patting themselves on the back for good job done.
HR seems really disorganized and frazzled even though everyone knew this amalgamation was coming for a while. Otherwise, it seems to be going ok.
Great!
Lol!
