Thread regarding Conduent layoffs

Reviews? Anyone get theirs yet?

It's now April and I still haven't had anyone sit down and talk to me about a review yet. I don't know of a single other company that would let this still be unresolved after the month of March. Is this unique to our office? Have other offices started having their manager go over their reviews with them and/or get the bare minimum of a raise that Conduent likes to give out only when forced to?

0.45% for "raises". Since a call center agent makes about 12 bucks an hour, that's less than $100 bucks in a raise for an entire year. Walk away.

Merit increases in April 2019 even for key personnel are just 0.45%, that is less than one half of one percent. Health incentives for non-smokers removed and 401k matching cancelled. Conduent views employees as a disposable work force.

Numbers don’t mean a thing. We are told what to give, and if there is any money it is very very little. Dont waste your time on completing the personal performance review as it doesn’t mean anything. The c-appy company doesn’t match 1-5 to any monetary increase. LEAVE now - the company has been sinking for a long time!

Anyone (here in the U.S.) thinking about bonuses is dreaming.

Every few days another email arrives announcing 3 or 4 monkey names being

appointed to positions of leadership.

They have to pay their 200+ million dollar Medicaid dental fraud settlement.

That money means no pay raises, no bonuses, no 401k matches, no U.S. hires,

but many more r----ded monkeys and monkey bosses.

An Indian company run by Indians for Indians, NOT You.

They just suspended the match in the 401(k) plan, I wouldn't be counting any bonus dollars yet...the match wasn't much but it was something. Now we have worse benefits than most fast food workers...

Upper management forced midmanagement to low rating people. Secretly, some folks were rif. Little by little, they are getting rid of people. If you are getting started and looking forward to a reward, find another job. This isn’t the right place.

We had ours this week, on the new corporate 1-5 scale you can look forward to being rated low. I doubt very much there will be any pay increase given out to the majority - I think they gave 1% last year after years of nothing. If you want to be rewarded for hard work you should find another company to work for - those who are at the end of long careers are just riding it out as long as possible. If your early/mid-career I'd say you'd do much better elsewhere.
