“We cannot give you a date-certain however the Receiver anticipates that you will receive payments next week”. Wednesday! Hump day! SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!!! Oh and get this my brothers and sisters in servitude I spoke to Nevada Unemployment yesterday. In a few weeks when this all goes bust, and it will, we as employees will not be able to claim unemployment, why because we are technically working - even though we have not been paid. The most we will be able to do is fill out a form with The Nevada Department of Labor, and more than likely we will not be paid because whatever LLC/corporation we are called this week is in bankruptcy.

I don't understand why any of you are still working. Stop going and tell the students to stop going. No one has been paid the 3/17 paycheck and I doubt we will ever see the monies. To have worked nearly an extra month with still no pay is ridiculous. Just leave. Argosy, Dream Center, none of them care about anyone other than themselves.
I have told my students the truth, we will see how long I'm on the schedule.

If your company stops paying even if you don't get let go you can claim unemployment. Call them today and get the process started
So stop going to work? If you haven't been paid, they wont pay you. Just stop going in and start looking for another job
