Is dot com part of retail or delivery? My guess is it’s part of delivery. So if true how does the whole “omnichannel” (e.g. BOPIS) survive if delivery has a different owner than retail after SP spins off delivery? I don’t get it?

Dot com is a part of retail
from https://www.opi.net/news/sycamore-to-cash-in-on-staples-investment/
"Assuming the accuracy of the Bloomberg article, Sycamore’s exit strategy for NAD – if the recapitalisation is successful – would appear to be mapped out. Question marks remain about what it intends to do with the retail businesses – which include its respective .com and .ca websites – in the US and Canada."
Staples.com is part of NAD, Staples.ca is part of Staples Canada
So you've already got those two sister sites operating under different owners, technically speaking
don't worry about things that don't concern you.
trust The Plan and stop bothering people with questions.
Wrong...it's part of NAD.
good point I believe dot com is part of retail though and if it is split from delivery you'll probably see 125 - 200 stores shuttered
