"This company has changed so much in the last 5 years it isn’t even recognizable anymore. Top Administrative Leadership speak a good game but don’t walk the talk. Very few employees receive an annual 3% cost of living increase or 401k match while Leadership receive large salaries, stock options and dividends. Leadership salaries are public information. HR is a joke. If you file a complaint, keep records for future use and have another job in place. There is a no retaliation policy but it is alive and well. There are so many other positive employees, seek them out."
