It’s a matter of time contractors will be doing all your jobs. Union not going to help you guys just a little bit more .good luck. One of the worst cable network .
Mamaroneck has 12 techs...
We started with 150 before altice. I think we have 60-70ish techs but most of us are on projects and dont have routes. Allnthe contractors have out routes. My guess is they’re trying to see if they can do our work and eliminate more of us out our shop.

I think what the poster is refereing to is this. In our shop a rumor going aroubd that they are bringing us down to 50 techs. One of the supervisors keeps saying 50 techs you need to be top 50. They only want 50 techs. Not sure if he lost his mind or its true.
