Not sure who on V’s or AB’s but two will be out this month.

No matter what we have ABs and V to close MetricStream. Next is product heads, another six months all will be out. All these guys are played politics with someone’s job. They fired innocent people to save their jobs and their favorable employees. Now your turn dude our ill wishes with you.

Just because some incompetent people are asked to go, the company doesn't become bad overnight. If these ppl were not sent out, they will be dragging the company and claiming it to be good place ;) people should try to manage their emotions and handle things with maturity

Let's see how long this crooked political V survives at ServiceNow. Very surprised that they even hired this buffoon becuase all he did at MetricStream was play politics and chum with his top even more corrupt sponsors.

Are they winning any deals or keeping existing clients with all this management re-arrangement ? How have the recent quarters been ?

to answer this,

MetricStream problem was never getting the new customers, problem is retaining customers. No one has attitude of retaining customers. The behavior varies in AB's and V's when they are executive sponsor of project and when they are not. And surprisingly V's promote directors/managers who lost most customers and fire employees who worked for solving customers.

Getting job is not a big deal, as long as he is not doing same mistakes what he did at MetricStream then it should be fine. Because of his mistakes in decision making around 500 employees jobs impacted. Still i think he is much much better than few V's and AB's.You should talk to AB's, they feel that they are vendors for customers. They never think that customer is paying us not we are paying to customers. And these two AB's encourage favoritism, you have to talk with the guy who manage Appstudio, his attitude is like this is how we develop and use should use it. He don't care what people going through to manage customer. All he says we develop c-ap - just go and sell to customer. AB's are fully supporting this kind of attitude. Note that AB's, your salary coming from customer, if you don't have customer then you don't have job. Respect customer problems and work towards reducing customer issues not reducing MetricStream customer count.
