From what i have seen, DFS effectively decouples any ownership or responsibility for spills, equipment failures and performance of a well from the operators. It’s all someone else’s problem, which ultimately means that it’s nobody’s problem. It doesn’t drive the right behaviors.
What is DFS, since I've been away for a couple years.
I love the smell of fugitive dust and VOC in the morning. Smells like...smells like victory!

Devon is on its way out, Sorry to say but they have done it to themselves. With theses id--tic ideas of DFS and putting people were they don’t need to be. Multiple engineers on well sets. I mean WTF.
