By drawing out the layoffs, does that avoid issuing a WARN notice? Haven’t there already been significant layoffs, but no notice?

Also you have the opportunity to sign indicating you wave your WARN rights and in return you receive severance pay and extended health benefits. Since the WARN only covers 60 days the
majority of the targeted employees have enough tenure to exceed the 60 days. White collar not unionized or they would of taken extra step Like they did for Flat Rock.
Yes I know this is a smart reDesign not a lay-off. LMAO. How many millions of consultants did we pay for this “marketing/branding campaign”. A smart redesign would be a bottom up reDesign - if the Ford leaders could find their ample rears without needing both hands and a flashlight we wouldn’t be in this position. Any reDesign by the institutionalized ford leadership will not be smart by definition.
