What can I say - I’ve seen this department gutted, built up and gutted again. Junior trainers are now in the role of Senior Managers and above, and it’s quite humorous. These “leaders” spend time making shirts for their team, playing games and focusing their time on all the wrong places. L&D needs to stop wasting time on the wrong things - and realize that your audience sees how little you actually do. SP sees this too, and will soon trim the fat.

What happened? How many were laid off?
yeah, bad habits like determining your earning potential at other companies.
Like MW? You never see the guy unless there are new hires to train. Then he tells the freshies not to listen to AMs on the floor..."they will teach you bad habits" he says.
Way to support the team, doofus.
