I worked for Bob Tritt. I remember when he first announced the offshoring initiative in 2007 or so in a town hall meeting. The goal was to replace 10% of attrition with offshore workers. Then the next year, at another Tritt town hall, the number was 20%. Ding ding ding! Should've left then.
