First let me say please have a backup plan as far as getting a different job. I truly believe the company is now run by Bain Capital which is a former Mitt Romney company. This company only prepares companies for Bankruptcy examples: Toys R Us , Sears...Frontier . I'm in Florida and my Department was offered an Extended I.S.P. and ran to take it. If this offer comes your way take it and get out. They try to turn employees against each other and blame us for the situation they have created. My Department was told we have a surplus of 11. Basically take it or no job or go work 2 cities away from where you live to continue to be employed by Frontier. Oh well enough said good luck to all in this Struggle. P.S....whenever you at in the Frontier Foot print start looking for Verizon jobs there coming and hiring for 5g jobs in All parts of the country. Our Security top official just quit and is now working for Verizon...look at the CFO he left also the writing is on the wall , you dont owe this company anything. The Intercircle hasnt been asked to take a pay cut...Dan McCarthy and his Zombies still get paid there full pay and bonuses. By the way why would you hire any executive from Sears?....just have a plan to protect you and your family. And most of all share information it might help your coworkers and stop fighting amongst yourselves that what the company wants so you dont see what's really going on.

If you think Verizon is any better, you are dreaming. They just had a massive voluntary management layoff and will probably offer an ISP for associates soon. The people they are hiring for 5G will all be short term contractors. If that's all you're looking for, then go for it.
