No rumors at my location in Germany, but keeping in mind the state that we’re in and the fact that US locations got hit recently, I figure it’s just a matter of time before the layoffs spill back to Europe again. Has there been any word on potential German locations that could be hit next?

i think the talk of no layoffs in Hungary is correct. As the more developed EU countries become more and more expensive to do business in, they less advanced EU nations will see an uptick in jobs going to them for the savings. The high flyers and expensive sites are going to suffer.
There will be no layoffs in Budapest. Hungary is the new strategy center of SAP. The main focus will be on mobile development in the future.
Keep up the good work and the best run SAP!
Budapest is still alive!
There is no official communication in the EU.

On the app 'Blind', people are claiming that there will be no layoffs in Germany due to opposition by the Workers Council.
