Since CHMB is getting slowly wiped, I figured I’d find out what the end of the road looks like. Is there any severance? If so, how long, how much, etc?

CHMB is majority-owned by Allscripts and is a provider of "business services" for healthcare providers in California. Think Billing, Coding, etc...

Sorry but what is CHMB?
My understanding is that unless you're senior management and have some kind of "Golden Parachute" built into your comp plan, that the going rate is 1 week's pay per year of service. Take that with a grain of salt, as that is based only on rumor and what I've heard from people who were let go.
