After two V’s everyone thinking who is next. I’m thinking what is situation of Venky followers. Many of Venky followers are working just because of Venky. Now we need to see what’s their next step.

The political product V seems to have got a nice job at ServiceNow. How did they hire this childish immature inexperienced joker?
3 V’s and 2AB’s are decease to the company. Total five played game with 500 resources and fired them to hide their failure. How long you escape and for how many days. Some point of time your failure will be revealed to investors and board of Directors. Now the time has come, if they stay for another 3 months anyway company is going to terminate them so they realized and leaving themself before someone terminate. You may buy some time by blaming someone and firing employees. But after all your options you will be leftovers to take the blame and that’s V’s and AB’s. My vote for AB’s now.

One V already out two weeks ago, another V leaving in 2 weeks. MetricStream HR is not that active to update information immediately after any management leave. You can check with your friends instead checking here. All the data published here is real, trusting or not trusting is dependent on individual. Soon you see more management leaving the company, if your buddy manager is also in that list then you should plan to leave that is going to help you in future. Too many political issues going on in the company and it is good for everyone to at least keep targets to leave early.
